Current Member Organizations

La Casa Norte‘s mission is to serve youth and families confronting homelessness. LCN provides access to stable housing and delivers comprehensive services that act as a catalyst to transform lives and communities. (Network Chair)


Breakthrough seeks to end cycles of poverty in the community by providing a network of support to local residents through the Breakthrough Fresh Market, a client-choice food pantry that provides groceries and various supplies to families.


Casa Central transforms lives and strengthens communities with a special focus on Hispanics. Their network of social services propels a diverse population of all ages toward self-sufficiency and a higher quality of life.


European American Association has been providing community services for over 20 years. EAA provides emergency food services, home care services, emergency senior home repair, CEDA and community development.


Iglesia Evangelica Emanuel is dedicated to serving the community through its food pantry, clothing giveaways, and spiritual healing.


Chicago Hope at Armitage Baptist seeks to meet felt needs in the community through a food pantry, ESL classes, job listings, and tutoring services.


Legal Aid Chicago (formerly LAF) provides civil legal services to people living in poverty and other vulnerable groups. Through advocacy, education, collaboration, and litigation, they empower individuals, protect fundamental rights, strengthen communities, create opportunities, and achieve justice.


Marillac St. Vincent Family Services strengthens, empowers and gives voice to those in need through education and comprehensive programs in the areas of child development, youth services, and community outreach to build vibrant communities in Chicago.


McCormick Tribune YMCA is committed to strengthening bodies, minds and neighborhoods. For over 155 years the Y has been dedicated to building healthy, confident and secure children, families and communities.


Neighborhood Housing Services – Ujima Community Garden & Farmers Market: NHS has rebuilt confidence in the northern section West Humboldt Park through new homes and block organizing, vacant lot rehab, and sponsoring a community garden and farmer’s market.


New Community Covenant Church operates Open Arms, a safe place where homeless and marginalized individuals can get out of the elements for a few hours each day, share a meal with friends, and get connected to resources. They also lead Elijah’s Pantry, a food pantry program serving the Logan Square community.


San Lucas United Church of Christ  is committed with other institutions that struggle for justice, peace, and the liberation of people. It serves the community with a hot meal program, food pantry, youth programs, thrift store and other assistance programs.


Onward Neighborhood House‘s mission is to empower families and individuals in need to achieve their full potential in a community-based setting through participant-driven educational, recreational and social service programs.

Associated Organizations

Northwestern Settlement nurtures, educates and inspires children, families and seniors in Chicago’s West Town community, focusing on changing lives through education, social services, and the arts.


Dill Pickle Food Co-op offers healthy food choices and the benefits of cooperative practices to build a vibrant local community and a more sustainable world.


Mission of Christ Lutheran Church has been offering a food pantry to the residents of West Humboldt Park for over 10 years.


New Life’s Chicago Dream Center has many ministries including a food and clothing pantry, homelessness outreach, shelters and subsidized housing, prison ministry, human trafficking outreach, transportation services and an adopt-a-block program.


Erie Family Health Center believes health care is a right, not a privilege. Their mission is to provide accessible, affordable and high quality health care for those in need, and to promote wellness through health education and preventive care.
